Ed F., Group coaching client:
Annie will speak her truth in a gentle yet firm way that moves management to reconsider the perspective they are taking. I would go out of my way to have her back.

Thank you for being part of our Regional Women & Newborn Services Nurse Leadership Conference. Our attendees could not say enough good things about you and your informative and entertaining speaking abilities. Thank you for opening our hearts and minds to a new way of thinking about communication. You are truly gifted! Attendees wanted more.
Sue H., healthcare manager:
In your excellent communication workshop for my staff, I learned about "needing a pause." Pausing has helped me consider whether I really need to comment on something or not, before jumping in with a statement I may not be able to back up. Thank you!
Coordinator, Big Sky SHRM:
Thank you so much for your presentation today. You got rave reviews! The evaluations were some of our highest ever. I agree with the person who wrote that you can never focus enough on the opportunities to improve communication. Thank you!
Karen M, Surgery department director:
When you facilitated conflict resolution between two of my employees, you provided wonderful support and guidance through a difficult situation. As you led the meeting, you stayed engaged, calm, deliberate and supportive of each employee. The employees were able to calmly resolve their differences and heal the resentments that had been brewing for 6 years.
Rebecca E., Director, Great Falls Small Business Development Center:

Karen M., Surgery department director:
Annie, thank you for your continued support/guidance/education for our surgery leadership team. The monthly group coaching meetings are paying off with 1) Improvement in our employee survey scores and 2) Conflict resolution.
During a recent meeting I had with an employee regarding a conflict with their manager, the employee thanked me afterwards for how well the meeting had gone. I utilized some of the tools you have provided us and they were extremely helpful to me that day.
I very much enjoyed the discussion of our immediate reactions and judgments "keeping us safe." I liked thinking about the ways our reactions can be helpful or harmful, depending on how we handle them.
Debbie M., 2009 Spring Conference Co-Chair,
Montana Health Information Management Association:
The attendees of our 2009 Spring Conference truly enjoyed your presentation and appreciated the value of the topic and your insightful, thought-provoking style. Thank you for your time and expertise. We look forward to working with you again.

Working with Annie Wilson has been a godsend to me during the startup phase of my business. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and alone, her insightful coaching and holistic approach gave me both the practical tools and the support that I needed to build my confidence to become successful with my staff, my business strategy and my personal goals. I can’t thank her enough!

Annie Wilson has helped our fast paced cafe transform into a well oiled operational machine. We have set up procedures, with Annie’s help, that have streamlined our operations which helps with setting customer and employee expectations, retaining guests and employees alike, all while maintaining growth. Annie’s spirit is brought into the work she does. Our group management meetings were facilitated by Annie with professionalism, charisma and a lot of energy. The one-on-one meetings are always insightful and stretch far beyond conventional training with Annie’s contagious positivity and expertise in her field.
Catherine Shaw, RN:
Annie is an awesome and gifted writer. I have read her book and still re-read it when I feel like I am drifting down a dark tunnel. Annie really helped me when I was going through a very challenging and dark time in my life, sharing her book to supplement our coaching sessions really helped to clarify what she was sharing. Do something for yourself and invest in The Secret Life of Communication as a gift for yourself. You will not regret it.
Brandi Cornwell, RN, BSN:
I wanted to take a moment out of my day and recognize Annie for the great presentation that she gave to our staff in two different staff meetings on June 1st and June 8th. With my large Operating Room group it was hard to get them all to the re-charge talk that Annie gave the organization in May. She scheduled special time to come in and present two 45 minute sessions to the OR group.
This group can be very challenging and skeptical of team building or coaches. After Annie’s presentation they raved about the information and how she presented herself, and felt that they were able to take several key factors and put them into practice.
We actually had one of my most challenging team members approach Annie after her presentation and ask for private sessions with her, which was an awesome step, and also shows the comfort that my staff had with Annie. I have actually had quite a few of my team members attend coaching sessions with Annie to help better their performance.
